The Rev. Dorothy Greene, Priest Associate
The Rev. Dorothy Greene became a St. John's parishioner when she married Jeff Greene in 1951. In the following years, she became a member and then president of the altar guild, an acolyte, a lay reader (now called Eucharistic minister), deacon, and finally priest associate in 1988, a year before Jeff died. As Jeff once said to her, "I brought you into my church and now you've taken it over!" (He was joking). Dorothy has a bachelor of science from Columbia University and a master of arts in education and theological studies from Union Theological Seminary. [Read More...]

Catherine Bucci, Nursery School Director
Catherine Bucci has been the director of St. John’s Nursery School since July 2010 when her family relocated to New York from the Boston area. Catherine studied Early Childhood Development and Education and graduated from Tufts University. She has had extensive teaching and administrative experience in the preschool setting. Catherine and her husband live in Pelham with their dog, Clyde. They have two grown children. [Read More...]

Dr. Matthew Lewis, Organist & Director of Music
Matthew Lewis maintains an active career as an organist, choral conductor, and educator. He came to St. John's as director of music in January of 2024. As artistic director and conductor of St. George’s Choral Society in NYC since 2005, he directs the chorus in major works of the repertoire. Dr. Lewis has also served as organist and choir director at Temple Israel in Lawrence, NY, since 1993. [Read More...]

Chris joined St. John's in September 2018. A translator by trade, Chris is fascinated by communications and language. She has a BA in Spanish and Mathematics from the College of New Rochelle, and a MA in Spanish from New York University, a degree she completed entirely from Madrid. Chris is a native of Mamaroneck and now lives in Northern Westchester with her husband. They have four adult children. She is an active parishioner and volunteer at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Granite Springs. [Read More...]

Lisa joined the staff of St. John’s as Bookkeeper in 2016. A lifelong love of numbers led her to a degree in Math from Colgate University, as well as an MBA in Finance from New York University. Lisa began her career in corporate finance at Chase Manhattan Bank, but happily traded that in to raise her three sons, along with her husband, in Larchmont. [Read More...]

Lori Wilson, Director of Children, Youth, and Family Ministries
Lori Wilson was born and raised in Michigan. One of six children, her faith has always been a fundamental part of her life. She holds a BA in psychology, an MA in religious studies from St. Joseph’s Seminary, and an MA in curriculum and instruction. She received her training as a spiritual director, supervisor, and director of the 19th Annotation from Fairfield University. Lori has been a director of faith formation, theology teacher, director of campus ministry and service, and theology chair and retreat director for students and adults. She has authored and published several books and has been a principal of an inner-city Catholic school and a pastoral associate of a large parish in Greenwich. Lori often looks to the quiet of the outdoors to connect with God, especially while on her kayak or hiking. She enjoys quiet and solitude as much as she enjoys encountering God through justice work, which she has done in the U.S., at the Texas/Mexico Border, in Haiti, Uganda, Kenya, and Mexico.
