Welcome home to fall in the life of St. John’s. Children and Youth classes are underway. Our recent fall festival was full of energy, and the nursery school is off to a great fall.
Campus updates:
- We are back in our church offices! Thank you for your patience this past year.
- We are off and running in the restoration of the undercroft. We miss having the space, but we are addressing the behind the scenes issues before we big to finish out the interior spaces. This process is longer than anticipation, but we are doing good and holy work to prepare for the future.
- The planning and design stage for the new rectory is beginning, and we will keep you up to date.
As we experience the fullness of fall, we also begin to look ahead to 2023. We are asking you to begin to pray about your financial commitment to St. John’s for 2023 so that we can vision and plan all that is in store for our shared life together. Our capacity for ministry is a direct result of your giving and commitment. Your pledge or estimated giving empowers us to plan and carryout the following:
- Worship services and all that goes into making worship happen, such as music, choir, altar furnishings
- Formation for all ages
- Communications
- Part of our outreach beyond the walls of St. John’s
- Maintaining our campus so both the church and the community at large may have good, clean, and holy spaces to meet
- Fellowship
- Pastoral Care
- Special Events
