SAVE THE DATES AND YOUR TREASURES AND SPREAD THE WORD! St. John’s GIANT White Elephant Tag Sale will be returning in March to the Parish Hall. We hope everyone will participate in this fun parish-wide event! Here’s what you need to know.
DONATIONS: See details below for what we need and what we don’t need. Donations will be accepted in the Parish Hall:
- Sunday, March 1, noon – 4 PM
- Monday – Wednesday, March 2 – 4, 9AM – 3 PM
Special note: if you are donating table or bed linens, please pin/tape a note to each item with its measurements or the size, in the case of bed linens (twin, double, queen, king, etc.). This will save our volunteers so much time! Thank you!
VOLUNTEERS: we will need many volunteers to help sort, set up, sell, and clean-up!
- For sorting and set-up days, Sunday, March 1 – Thursday, March 5, feel free to drop by whenever you have a little time. (Sunday, noon – 4 PM, and Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 3 PM) Stay as long and come as often as you can! If you know your availability, please sign up using the Sign-Up-Genius link below to give us an idea of how many to expect, but feel free to simply drop in.
- For sales days, Friday, March 6 (10 am – 4pm) and Saturday, March 7 (10 am – 3 pm), we need volunteers to sign up on SUG for 2-hour shifts to sell, and to help clean-up at the end of the sale.
