- Donate to the Bazaar. Forget Spring cleaning. Fall is where it’s at. Get rid of your lightly used toys, decorations, antiques, jewelry, or sporting goods. Contribute anything handmade to the handcrafts table. Except for high value items, donations will be accepted starting Nov. 17. Click here for more details.
- Support our auctions! Click here to learn how you can support our Live and Silent Auctions. Use this form to donate to the live or silent auction, or email maile.lesica@gmail.com.
- Bake! Sweet and savory goodies are needed! Sign-up to bake/cook on our SignUpGenius form or email Penny McIntyre (pennymacintyre4@gmail.com) to volunteer.
- Make some chili! Parishioners asked, we’re delivering. Beef, turkey and vegetarian chili will once again be available for pre-order. HELP US MAKE IT – sign up to make a batch on our SignUpGenius form or simply email Lisa Young (emy1156@gmail.com) or Betsy Steers (betsy.l.steers@gmail.com).
- Decorate a table-top tree for the raffle – we provide the tree, you provide the decorations. We have 12″, 18″, and 24″ trees waiting to be decorated. You can pick them up from Nancy Pierson at coffee hour after the 10 am service. Or, email Nancy to reserve one (nancypierson79@gmail.com).
- Order some of our popular chili! Pre-order beef, turkey or vegetarian chili in pint (16 oz) or quart (32 oz) sized containers for pick-up at the bazaar on Saturday, Nov 23, 10 am-3 pm. Order your Chili-to-Go now!
- Volunteer! We need volunteers to set up for the Bazaar, operate the preview party and the bazaar, and clean up. Sign-up on our SignUpGenius form.
- Attend! Come to the preview party! Come to the Bazaar! Come to both! This is not only a great way to support a good cause, but the company is pretty great and the deals are unmatched!
